We conduct a full blower door test to measure your home's actual air changes per hour, walk every room with a FLIR thermal camera to identify thermal bridges and bypasses invisible to the naked eye, and deliver a prioritized remediation report showing the cost, R-value improvement, and expected payback period for each intervention — in order of ROI.
If spray foam is the right answer, we tell you. If a combination of spray foam, air sealing, and attic ventilation adjustments gets you there for less, we tell you that instead. The audit is genuinely free and genuinely obligation-free.
Common Questions
How long does the energy audit take?
Typically 90 minutes to 2 hours for an average home. Larger homes or those with complex issues may take longer. You will receive your written report within 24 hours of the audit.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the audit?
Close all windows and exterior doors 30 minutes before we arrive so the house reaches thermal equilibrium. Make sure all rooms are accessible. That is all.
